DS Anwar, do you still remember when you said that if the price of oil increases by 5 cents, the cost of living for the people would rise? That when the price of sugar and oil goes up, all other costs would follow?
Singapore does not have its own oil resources, so the increase in their oil prices can be understood. But Malaysia, a country rich in oil resources and recording billions in profits, still fails to reduce the cost of living for the people?
The wealth of this country is immense, yet why do the people continue to suffer? Were all those promises just political rhetoric?
In the past, various “formulas” were proposed to reduce the prices of oil and essential goods. However, after gaining power, leaders are now more focused on travelling the world with the people’s money!
Latest: Diesel Prices Increase Again!
Recently, the retail price of diesel in Peninsular Malaysia increased by 5 cents, from RM3.13 to RM3.18 per liter (30 January – 5 February 2025). But does this truly ensure the welfare of the people? If another Prime Minister did the same thing, there would surely be relentless criticism!
However, when DS Anwar’s daughter participates in official government programs abroad (even without holding a position in the government), why does everything seem to be accepted?
Is this the “extraordinary PM” that we want? The people have the right to ask and get answers!
