Organizing the Next Prime Minister of Malaysia: A Proposal

Introducing the Possibility of Alternative Leadership

Suka atau tidak, Anwar Ibrahim has been in power for a long time. At 77 years old, it’s time to consider a new leader. While some may argue that it’s not possible to find a suitable replacement, I believe that the opposition parties, particularly Pakatan Harapan, have a pool of capable individuals who can take the reins.

Exploring Options in Pakatan Harapan

As an individual who has worked with Amirudin Shari, I believe he has the potential to be a strong candidate. He is the current Menteri Besar of Selangor and has a wealth of experience in governance, having previously served as an Exco member in the Selangor state government. Moreover, his leadership in Selangor is crucial as it is a mini Malaysia, and if he can successfully govern the state, it demonstrates his ability to manage the country.

Other Potential Leaders in PKR

I also have names like Adam Adli, Kamil Abdul Munim, Aminuddin Harun, and many more who I have not had the opportunity to work with. However, I have had the chance to work with Amirudin, which is why I would like to highlight his potential.

Exploring Options in Amanah

In Amanah, I believe Salahuddin Ayub was a suitable candidate, but he has since passed away. Another potential leader is Adly Zahari, who is currently the MP for Alor Gajah and an Adun for Bukit Katil. He was also the Menteri Besar of Melaka from 2018 to 2020. Although his role in the government was relatively small, his experience in Melaka is noteworthy.

Exploring Options in DAP

Finding a potential leader from DAP is challenging, as the party has a high level of discipline and a rigorous system of recruitment and leadership development. However, if push comes to shove, I believe there are individuals who can be considered. For instance, Syahredzan Johan, the MP for Bangi, is a potential candidate. However, he may require further training and may be better suited for the role of Speaker of the Dewan Rakyat.

Conclusion

In conclusion, while it may be challenging to find a suitable replacement for Anwar Ibrahim, I believe that the opposition parties, particularly Pakatan Harapan, have a pool of capable individuals who can take the reins. It’s crucial that the party considers the potential leaders from the opposition parties to ensure a smooth transition.
